Responsible for the safety, comfort and well-being of passengers, crew members and the aircraft cabin. This position is responsible for coordinating, organizing and monitoring projects and processes for the Flight Attendant crew organization including but not limited to, safety, training, certifications, etc.
Specialized knowledge and preparedness in aircraft and medical emergency procedures is required, including knowledge of FAA and other applicable regulatory requirements. Tracks and maintains Flight Attendant assignments and qualifications as defined in the AT&T Flight Operations manual. Leads, motivates, and trains Flight Attendants to successfully demonstrate performance standards. Assures aircraft safety measures are met and proactively identifies potential issues while leveraging the department Safety Management System (SMS) to track concerns. Provides recommendations on safety protocols, training and development, and new processes and procedures and represents Flight Attendants on the Safety committee. Maintains and demonstrates knowledge in the following: National EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) instructor certification, and Vendor Safety Certification (General Emergency Training).

- Must represent WarnerMedia and parent company AT&T in a professional manner
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential materials and information in an appropriate manner
- Successfully complete flight attendant training course
- Stamina to work long days
- Must be willing to maintain on-call status as required
- Maintain calm, courteous and respectful demeanor in all situations
- International travel experience is preferred
- Capable of lifting 80lbs.
